All Campers, Counselors, and Coaches must fill out a Registration Form
(Coaches and Counselors please pay a $60.00 fee. If a coach brings five or more campers, then this fee is waived. If a team brings ten campers, two coaches come for free.)
You will not be allowed on camping sites to setup your tent until AFTER you register. Registration is from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
All camps will hold registration from 3:00 - 5:00 pm on Sunday
Camp Assembly 6:00 pm Sunday
Departures 9:00 am - 10:00 am Thursday
Deposits Required with Registration Forms:
Session 1 - before June 28, 2010
Session 2 - before July 1, 2010
Session 3 - before July 7, 2010

Failure to present conformation card at registration will cause a delay for you and could exclude your admittance to the camp

FROM THE EAST (traveling on Hwy 100 toward New Haven, MO):
LEFT onto Hwy 185 (about 5 miles west of Washington) • Continue approx. 5 miles on HWY 185 RIGHT onto Hwy KK • Continue approx. 5 miles on Hwy KK CROSS over Hwy C onto Gerding School Road • Continue on Gerding School Road for 1 mile LEFT onto Boeuf Lutheran Road • Continue for 1/4 of a mile on Boeuf Lutheran Road RIGHT onto Kasel Ford Lane (at the Camp Trinity Sign) • Follow the arrows to the lodge.
FROM THE WEST (traveling on Hwy 100 toward New Haven, MO):
RIGHT onto Hwy E (before you get into New Haven) • Continue on Hwy E for approx. 4 miles to Hwy Y LEFT onto Hwy Y • Continue on Hwy Y for approx. 3 miles to Prairie Fork Road
NOTE: This road is south of the small town of Dissen. When Hwy Y turns sharply to the right continue straight. The first left after Y turns away will be Prairie Fork Road.
LEFT onto Prairie Fork Road
• Continue on Prairie Fork for approx. 3 miles to Boeuf Lutheran Road LEFT onto Boeuf Lutheran Road • Continue on Boeuf Lutheran Road for 2.5 miles to Kasel Ford Lane LEFT onto Kasel Ford Lane (at the Camp Trinity) • Follow the arrows to the lodge.
